Follow these tips to prepare for a smooth check-in.  Before you arrive  Find your reservation details Go to your Trips page to find important information, such as the address, your Host’s contact information, and your billing receipt. Check-in information is usually available 48 hours before the reservation begins. Communicate with your Host Before your arrival date, message your host to confirm: Check-in and checkout times Arrival details Key exchange or an alternative method of access Contact information and whether either one of you will be without phone or internet access during the trip Any other questions you might have If check-in or checkout times aren’t specified in the listing description, then the default check-in time is 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM (local time), unless otherwise noted by the Host.   How much does MyndTrip charge Hosts? Get the details about service fees for Hosts and guests. For many people, hosting is a way to earn money while connecting with travelers from around the world. But how much does MyndTrip charge, and how does this impact Hosts and guests? With a clear understanding of what MyndTrip service fees are and why we have them, you can set a pricing strategy that makes sense for you and your space. How much does MyndTrip charge? Most Hosts pay a flat  service fee  of 3% of the booking subtotal. The subtotal is your nightly price plus any optional fees you charge guests, like a cleaning fee, and doesn’t include MyndTrip fees and taxes. Guests typically pay a service fee of around 12% of the booking subtotal.  So, if you’re charging $100 USD a night for a 3-night stay, plus $60 USD for a cleaning fee, your booking subtotal is $360 USD. How you get paid for hosting New Hosts often ask, “How do I get paid?” MyndTrip makes it easy to receive payments, which we call payouts, in just a few steps. How will I get paid? You choose how you’d like to receive the money you earn hosting. Payout methods include Fast Pay, bank transfers, PayPal, Payoneer debit cards, and Western Union, among others. The options vary depending on where you’re based. To get set up, select a payout method in the Payments & payouts section of your account. The method you select will apply to all future payouts until you change it. You’ll also need to provide your taxpayer information, so we can issue you the correct tax documents. Cancellation Options

Major Disruptive Events Policy Overview In general, cancellations and refunds for  MyndTrip  reservations are governed by the listing’s cancellation policy. In the rare circumstances that large-scale events prevent or legally prohibit completion of a reservation, the Major Disruptive Events Policy (the “Policy”) may apply. When this Policy applies, guests can cancel their reservation and receive a refund, travel credit, and/or other consideration regardless of the reservation’s cancellation policy, and Hosts can cancel without fees or other adverse consequences, although their listing’s calendar will be blocked for the dates of the canceled reservation. This Policy applies to reservations for both accommodations and Experiences, and is applicable to reservations that are ongoing or that have a check-in on or after the effective date, except as otherwise notified by  MyndTrip  to users.
